AUERBACH, BACON, FREUD, KOSSOFF. PAINTING AND SELECTED DRAWINGS

James Hyman Gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition of Auerbach, Bacon, Freud and Kossoff. The exhibition brings together paintings by four of the most important British figure painters of the last half-century, painters often associated with the so -called School of London. It also includes works on paper to demonstrate the radical ways in which these artists reinvented European painting in the face of the challenges of Abstract Expressionism.
