Artist Statement
Lewis Chamberlain (b.1966) is celebrated for his hyper-realistic pencil drawings which can take as much as four years to complete, and for his incredibly detailed paintings often of childrens toys in domestic interiors.

The rooms do not include people, whether children or adults, and the result is highly charged psychologically, perhaps suggesting abandonment.
