This rare drawing for one of Michael Andrews most famous paintings, The Colony Room, depicts the famous drinking club in Soho frequented by Andrews, Auerbach, Bacon, Freud and many other important artists.
The viewpoint of the drawing focuses on the area of the club where Michael Andrews painted his celebrated mural.
